Students in the LSU Superfund Research Center are granted many opportunities to present findings of their research during the Center's weekly staff meetings. These presentations afford students the ability to enhance their public speaking skills, as well as share knowledge gained during their research. Students giving presentations on July 18, 2012 are, from top: Stephen Igwe, Effects of Solar Irradiation of Environmentally Persistent Free Radicals (EPFRs) Formed on Ambient PM2.5; Danielle Despanie, The Formation of Dioxins from Surface-Mediated Reactions of 2-Chlorophenol; and Edward Evans Jr., Formation of Environmentally Persistent Free Radicals on Soot.
